The foundation of everything. We're talking compound lifts, progressive overload, and building actual functional strength. Think Atlas carrying the world - you're gonna feel powerful.

Intensity: High

Best for: Building raw strength, muscle mass, confidence

Odyssey Endurance Circuits

Odyssey Endurance Circuits

It's a journey, not a sprint - except it's also kind of a sprint? Circuit-based training that'll build your stamina and mental toughness. Like Odysseus sailing home, but with burpees.

Duration: 45 minutes

Intensity: Moderate-High

Best for: Cardiovascular health, endurance, fat loss

Warrior HIIT Classes

Warrior HIIT Classes

Fast, fierce, and over before you know it. High-intensity intervals that'll torch calories and leave you feeling like you just conquered something. Spartan-level intensity in 30 minutes.

Duration: 30 minutes

Intensity: Very High

Best for: Time-crunched warriors, metabolic boost, quick results
